Why Specialist Review in Cardiology Matters
Echo is detail dependent. Small variations in probe alignment, gain, Doppler positioning, measurement technique, and more can significantly impact interpretation.
If the numbers don’t match the patient, specialist review can clarify the discrepancy and guide next steps.
SonoPath’s Educational Telemedicine® connects your real cases to real skill development assisting you to refine both your diagnostic insight and your technical mastery with every submission.

What is the role of the primary veterinarian in Educational Telemedicine®?
SonoPath does not have a direct relationship with your patient: you and your hospital are our client. Your role is to perform the scan, manage the case, and maintain the client relationship. Our role is to support you by interpreting your ultrasound images, providing a clear diagnosis, and delivering next-step recommendations through a comprehensive, client-ready report you can confidently share with pet owners. This collaboration allows you to maintain full control of the case while delivering a higher standard of care to your patients.
Beyond interpretation, we also offer feedback and guidance on your scans helping you refine your technique, build confidence, and continuously elevate your imaging skills.
How long until I receive my report?
SonoPath’s routine report turnaround time is within 24 hours of case submission. STAT Report turnaround is within 6 hours of case submission; 4–6 hours on the weekend.
