Wine Suggestions for Dinner

Start with prosecco from valdobiaddene with appetizers, Pinot Grigio well chilled Santa margarita is always solid or a Greco di Tufo white with a light pasta dish like spaghetti a le vongole, medium-big red sagrantino di montefalco from Umbria with a meat red sauce meat dish and amarone 2008 with meat and or cheese assortment. Amarone Masi is always solid or if u can find this gem from Vece its the best Amarone I've tasted, breathe out the reds 3-4 hours before serving in a carafe.

Spaghetti a Le vongole.     The Red Sauce.  To go with the pasta al forno and meat dishes simmering 3 hours now. Will pair with the red wines perfectly.
